Reduce
Removes the attack slowdown applied when you hit an entity. In vanilla Minecraft, landing a hit slows your movement briefly — Reduce cancels this so you can follow up swings without the speed penalty.
Attack reduction
Percentage of the slowdown to remove. 100% removes it entirely; lower values pass a portion of the slowdown through.
Range: 0-100%.
TIP
100% is fine for blatant play. For legit, 40-60% keeps some natural slowdown behavior.
Chance
Probability of applying the reduction per attack. At 100% every hit is reduced; lower values let some hits through with normal slowdown.
Range: 0-100%.
